The practice of kendo sports and other sports practiced within the Renshinjuku dojo entails a certain risk. Although everything is done to prevent injury and damage, their occurrence can never be completely ruled out.
By checking 'Terms read', I therefore declare that I will follow all sports activities (lessons and competitions) within Renshinjuku entirely at my own risk, without informing anyone else associated with this dojo (including A. Heeren, other teachers and my fellow members) liable for damage of any kind (including injury) that I may suffer as a result of that sports practice, with the exception of damage that has been caused to me intentionally, and with the exception of damage to the extent that it is covered by any insurance.
